F2U Blue Mermaid Vial Icon - READ DESCRIPTION

Oh my heck I am so excited about this! This is my very first pixel used with ditheling (or whatever technique it's called), and it looks amazing! I plan to make other version of this in different colors, and I think blue will be first.
